The Bill (Reg. No.1235) establishes different fee rates for holding professional tours, depending on the origin of a guest performer (native or foreign).
The fee collected from professional tours with participation of native guest performers is to be used for funding the events on realization of State policy in the fields of culture and arts. The fee collected from professional tours with participation of foreign guest performers is to be used as the means of support of native guest performers.
